- Peer connection and shared understanding
Time4YoungAdults is a supportive, welcoming group for 16-22-year-olds affected by cancer, whether personally, through a parent, sibling, or loved one.
This is a space to connect with others who get it, take a breath away from pressure, and access support during a stage of life that already comes with big changes.
Cancer can interrupt education, work, friendships, confidence and future plans — and Time4YoungAdults exists to help young people navigate all of that, together. Sessions are relaxed, youth-led and supportive, combining connection, conversation and activities. There’s no pressure to talk — just the reassurance that you’re not alone, and that this is your time.
Because cancer doesn’t stop at 16 – and neither shoud support
